Essential duties and responsibilities:

The essential duties and responsibilities

include but

are not limited to the following:

Work 1:1 with developmentally delayed children in an elementary school setting

Collaborate with other service providers to support IEP goals and objectives.

Complete session notes and progress reports as required

Qualifications:

M.A. or M.S. degree in

Physical Therapy

NYS License in

Physical Therapy

required.

Must demonstrate excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills

Must be able to collaborate with the clinical team and all related service providers on a caseload
