This role involves planning, organizing, and managing analytics and reporting efforts to derive valuable insights from data, ultimately enhancing service utilization and organizational quality. The position also entails overseeing development, compliance with standards, and process management to ensure consistent, high-quality reporting to meet clinical and business needs.Duties/Requirements:5+ years of relevant experienceProficiency in Microsoft Power BIMaster's in Healthcare Administration or similar education preferredAbility to provide guidance to company leaders and client stakeholdersExperience in managing and training analytics staffProficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook)Experience in project management and Agile methodologiesDemonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, ambiguous environmentResponsible for developing and executing large-scale project plansDrive processes towards self-service utilization of analytic productsCollaborate with business, technology, and healthcare team members to define analytic requirementsLiaison with vendors to manage product lifecycles and upgradesProvide progress reports to management and manage domain roadmapDevelop and maintain expertise in project management and healthcare analyticsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
