According to the request of Field Service Team, coordinate the resources of OSA, tools, equipment as well as other relevant resources. Planning of service campaigns under the instruction of HQ;Regional spare parts request management;Be responsible for work order auditing and other assignment that supervisor assigns.Job Requirement:Full-time undergraduate degree or above/supply chain, logistics or engineering related;Familiar with North American new energy vehicle industry after-sales service standards/North American energy storage industry safety operation specifications/North American energy storage industry recycling-related standards and regulations;Technical proficiency of electrical engineering terminology, familiarity with functions of Lithium-ion- battery components (modules, BMS, PCS/inverter(s), TMS, electrical systems, etc. for ESS (storage) and EV (power) applications will be helpful. At the very least, a strong STEM background is vital for this role;Fluent English communication ability/customer business negotiation ability/contract writing ability/market research ability/writing service request ability;Highly organized and efficient with time management and follow-ups. Ability to plan assignments, organize priorities and deliver results;Worked in a company related to the energy or automotive industry, with exceptional experience program management. Advanced in excel, word, Visio, project, SAP ERP and WMS;English is a must, Chinese is a plus.
