About the Environmental Compliance Manager RoleAs an Environmental Compliance Manager, you will oversee all activities at client locations related to the storage, transportation, and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous wastes. Your responsibilities will include coordinating waste transportation, consulting with clients to identify cost-saving opportunities, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing financial obligations, and promoting a culture of safety.Coordinate logistics for hazardous and non-hazardous waste transportation.Consult with clients to identify cost-saving opportunities.Ensure regulatory compliance and resolve issues.Manage client and vendor financial obligations.Promote safety culture and ensure staff compliance with regulations.Supervise a team of operations level employees.RequirementsEducation and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Sciences, Accounting, Business, or relevant field, with two years of relevant work experience.
Certifications:
RCRA and DOT regulatory compliance experience required. OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER Certification preferred.Work EnvironmentThis position may require physical effort and exposure to occupational risks and elements.
