You will be essential in developing and optimizing data pipelines that efficiently gather and process data from various external sources. Your expertise will drive the creation of validation and analytics processes, ensuring data accuracy and reliability for critical mission-related work. Onsite presence required in Alexandria, VA.Description

Responsibilities:Collaborate with analysts and product leads to design and implement effective data solutions.Optimize and maintain high-performing data pipelines with minimal manual intervention.Develop and manage data pipelines for seamless data collection and processing from multiple external sources.Partner with data engineers to troubleshoot, maintain, and ensure data quality and reliability.Design validation and analytics processes that align with strategic goals and business needs.Support machine learning and data visualization initiatives as needed.Continuously enhance data solutions to address evolving customer requirements.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet objectives and achieve excellence.Requirements:Minimum of 4 years’ experience with SQL and modern Big Data ETL technologies (e.g., NiFi or StreamSets).Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.Proficiency in a modern programming language (e.g., Python or Java) with 4+ years of experience in big data and cloud environments.Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and collaborate effectively across functional groups.Strong communication and team collaboration skills.Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality results.Must reside in the DC Metro area and be available to work onsite (Crystal City, VA, and Alexandria, VA) 2-3 days per week.Preferred Qualifications:Recent experience with DoD or IC-related projects.Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
