POSITION SUMMARY
:
Responsible for supporting users to maximize their use of Yardi software, assisting with system setup, support requests, implementations, upgrade testing, and rollouts. Reports directly to the Vice President, Financial Systems.RESPONSIBILITIES :Assist with Yardi System setup, configuration, monitoring, optimization and maintenance.Maintain a thorough understanding of the Yardi/YardiOne database structure and application integrations.Provides (internal/external user) support and troubleshooting of all Yardi platforms and products, including Vender Cafe and Commercial Cafe.Perform routine maintenance tasks and update configurations based on changes in the business.Assist in system upgrades and enhancements based on business needs and requirements.Assist with gathering system requirements, design, development, testing, and system roll-out.Assist or lead training initiatives for Yardi and related products.Create system documentation and help guides.Analyzing data to identify patterns or opportunities for improvement.Attend Yardi training & conferences (in person and online) to gain expertise in new/updated products.Assist with cross-departmental projects as a technical resource.Assist in ad-hoc projects and activities where necessary and/or appropriate to foster growth and best practices of the business.QUALIFICATIONS :A bachelor's degree in accounting, business, computer science or a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.A minimum of 2 years of Yardi administrative support experience is required.Advanced proficiency in the full Microsoft Office 365 suite.Data-driven critical thinking.Able to assist and train non-technical users who depend on technology to perform their jobs.Self-motivated, flexible, and willing to learn and adopt new tools/methodologies.Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills - especially as it relates to technical and training documentation.Solid project management skills and experience.Outstanding time management skills.Ability to work independently as well as with a team.Strong interest in learning how to apply data analytics to the industrial real estate industry.ADDITIONAL DETAILS :CenterPoint Properties is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer (F/M/Disability/Vet/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity).
