About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Director, People Partner to lead our Go-To-Market People Partner function and serve as a strategic partner to our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), and Chief Strategy & Development Officer, as well as other senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Business Development. This role will help align business objectives with people strategies, including a focus on driving a high-performance culture, developing leaders and teams, driving organizational effectiveness, engaging our employees, fostering an inclusive culture, and prioritizing the highest-impact solutions.
The base compensation for this position, not including the bonus, is: $220,000 - $270,000.
What you’ll be doing:
Be a thought partner and coach leaders on strategic initiatives to drive progress and impact on organizational goals through the proactive engagement, development and retention of talent.
Act as a member of your client’s leadership team to align and drive an integrated people and business strategy to achieve business results.
Lead change management efforts during organizational transformations, ensuring alignment and engagement across all levels.
As a member of the People Leadership team, you’ll collaborate closely with others on the People Team to execute the People Team strategy and roadmap, by partnering with teams across Recruiting, Talent Management, L&D, Total Rewards, Internal Communications, Operations, and DEI.
Support development of leadership and manager capability by driving people programs focused on OKRs, goal setting, performance management, and career development that supports a high performing culture.
Lead and advance other people-related projects and initiatives as they arise to support the overarching people strategy and business goals.
What we’re looking for:
BA/BS degree in Human Resources or related field.
12+ years of HRBP experience, preferably with direct experience supporting a Go-To-Market Organization (Sales, Marketing, Success, Operations, Partnerships, etc).
Prior experience partnering with and coaching senior leaders, including C-Suite executives.
Proven track record of influencing and advising leaders on organizational and talent matters.
Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities often change quickly.
Expertise in navigating within ambiguous situations, with high levels of autonomy.
Ability to collaborate across all functions in the People team to design and deploy people-related interventions across the company.
