Role Overview:
We are looking for a talented individual to join our design center in Beaverton, Oregon. You will design innovative CMOS, BiCMOS, and HBT Analog/Mixed Signal ASICs for our next-generation products. Collaborate with a team of exceptional engineers and managers to develop industry-leading solutions using world-class design tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Design building blocks of next-generation ASICs using advanced ASIC tools.
Run simulations to optimize design performance and manufacturability.
Perform signal analysis on systems outside the ASIC.
Characterize designs or create characterization plans.
Work with product line architects to analyze power, cost, and performance trade-offs at the system level.
Qualifications:
MSEE/PhD in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
10 years of experience in designing analog and/or mixed-signal integrated circuits (e.g., amplifiers, PLLs, ADCs, DACs).
Proficiency with modern ASIC design tools.
Ability to perform analog and RF analysis without relying solely on simulators.
Strong verbal communication skills and ability to generate quality documentation.
Experience in layout for critical cells and characterizing designs in the lab.
Prior experience working effectively with remote teams.
A drive for continuous learning and improvement and staying updated with process technology.
Some domestic travel may be required.
