Job Description Overview:Asus aims to expand its IPC/AI IoT team in North America and enhance brand awareness in the IPC/IoT industry. Currently, ASUS IoT offers five categories of products:
Intelligent Edge Computer ,
Edge AI Computer ,
Industrial Motherboard ,
Single Board Computer , and
Tinker Board . These products are just the beginning of providing endless products and solutions for industries like healthcare, retail, and those converting to or refining their automation process.The Product Manager for the IPC/IoT team at ASUS will be responsible for the planning and execution of products throughout the project lifecycle. This includes gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and collaborating with engineering and sales to ensure revenue and customer goals are met. The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Develop the core positioning and messaging for the current IPC/IoT products.Develop sales tools and collateral to create brand awareness in the IPC/IoT industry.Perform product training for both internal sales and customers.Create presentations to customers, ASUS headquarters, and during trade shows.Set pricing and timeline to meet profitability and customer goals.Serve as technical support for the sales team while keeping up with industry trends.Work with headquarters to manage product forecast, importation & inventory control.Work closely with BU, FAE, and sales to provide winning proposals/solutions for potential customers & projects.Required Qualifications:Years of Education:Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.A.) in a technical or business degree.Work Experience:3 to 5 years of experience in IPC and/or IoT product management.Knowledge and Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proactive and goal-oriented.Attention to detail.Excellent teamwork skills.Preferred Qualification:Ability to speak Mandarin.Working Conditions:Typically works in an office environment.Requires sitting, operating a computer keyboard, telephone, and other office equipment for extended periods of time.5 - 15% traveling is required (Domestic and International).$80,000-$120,000 annually is the estimated pay range for this role working in The City of Industry, California office. The final amount will be determined based on the qualifications & experience of the candidate relative to the role.
