Here, you will make an impact by:Coordinating project timelines, budgets, construction activity, and personnel to successfully complete assigned projectsDefining and executing competitive bidding strategySpecifying equipment performance and design criteriaMaintaining effective communication with project team, staff, and project ownersEstablishing accountability through understanding applicable codes and guidelines to ensure designs meet codes, guidelines, and standardsYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institutionOne (1) year of combined experience in project management in a private, public, government or military environment.Current, valid Driver’s License.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Possess expertise equivalent to that which would be obtained in a bachelor’s degree or higher in chemical, mechanical, or electrical engineeringPrior experience with webline, extrusion, material handling, automation or inspection equipmentWork location:
