We continue to build our capacity as we expand our programs to more districts.THE ROLEAs a Senior Product Manager, you will be instrumental in crafting the product vision and strategy for our multiple SaaS products aligning them with the company's long-term goals. You'll lead the product management team through the project lifecycle. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our SaaS products not only align with technological advancements but also deliver exceptional value within the company. This role will report directly to the Associate Director of Technology.RESPONSIBILITIES:Support the development of technology roadmaps with capacity analysis for project executionManage the product lifecycle from concept to launch within budget, scope, and timelines.Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.Engage closely with customers to gather feedback and ensure products meet stakeholder demands.Prioritize product features and capabilities based on business and customer impact.Foster vendor relationships to secure necessary resources and ensure deliverables are met.Facilitate change management and user adoption for product releases.Work with Technology leaders to develop proposals for resources needed to complete project(s) within a planned time frame.Recommend and implement actions when and where projects fall behind schedule.Lead regular reporting on project progress to stakeholders and leaders.Create a cohesive team that works well together and supports one another.Efficiently utilize team resources, including time, budget, and skills.Monitor team performance and provide guidance to maintain or improve productivity.Offer guidance and support to help team members develop their skills and careers.POSITION QUALIFICATIONSRequirements:Minimum of 5 years experience in a Product Management roleMust have led multiple projects with significant levels of complexityExperience using project management softwareAbility to manage scope and resources to a budgetPrior experience leading and driving multiple technology products at one timePreferred:PMI CertificationExperience using agile methodologiesChange management and communication experienceKnowledge of HR technology industry including HCM, HRIS, ATS, and CRM platformsKnowledge of Paradox, Microsoft, Asana, ADP, HubSpot, and QuinyxThis position's target annual base pay range is $85,000 - $100,000. Final pay determinations may depend on various factors including, but not limited to, experience level, education, geographical location, knowledge, and skills.
