About the Role:We're on the hunt for a dynamic Senior Project Manager to join the hive on behalf of our clients. In this role, you'll take ownership of project planning and management for various civil engineering projects, utilizing your expertise in land development and grading. If you're passionate about civil engineering and have a proven track record of success in project leadership and stormwater management, we want to meet you!
Your Mission:
Project Planning and Management:Lead project planning and management for various civil engineering projects.Oversee the design and implementation of grading and improvement plans.Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project compliance and efficiency.
Budget and Resource Management:Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Team Leadership and Mentorship:Mentor junior staff and contribute to professional development within the team.Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Core Competencies:
Land Development and Grading:Proficient in land development and grading, with a specialty in drainage and stormwater management.
Project Leadership:Proven ability to lead and manage comprehensive engineering projects.
Budget and Resource Management:Skilled in managing project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
Team Leadership and Mentorship:Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor junior staff.
What You Bring:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering, specifically in land development and grading.Professional Engineering (PE) license in California is required.Expertise in drainage and stormwater management is highly preferred.Proven ability to lead and manage comprehensive engineering projects.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
