Automotive Used Car ManagerWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation plan: A fully trained and motivated salesperson (working full time) has unlimited earning potential and typically earns between
$75,000 to 100,000+ (with base pay, commissions, and bonuses) annually with all things being equal.Hourly Pay plus BonusMedical, Dental and Vision Insurance401(k) with company matchPremium, ongoing professional developmentParticipate in Giving Home Community Service days.Employee Programs for referral bonus, vehicle acquisition, and automotive purchasesCross-sell across Premier BrandsResponsibilitiesWork directly with customers to develop enriching relationships that improve client happiness and fuel the sales process.Establish trust among customers to build a strong network of clientele and prospects.Provide training and support to sales staff and assist in closing deals.Facilitate regular sales training for continued team growth.Demonstrate leadership by setting a clear vision and goals for the sales targeted performance.Engage and motivate the team to achieve key goals, performance expectations, and standard methodology processes.Drive business through a high level of involvement in day-to-day operations.Lead the negotiation process ensuring that customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing.Partner with General Manager to plan and run vehicle inventory.Assist in managing controllable expense elements for the New and Used Vehicle Departments.Analyze business metrics to resolve shortfalls and implement action plans to elevate performance.QualificationsAutomotive dealership management experience preferred.Shown success in auto retail sales.Confirmed leadership ability to mentor and train others.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Passionate about training sales team members and operating within a reciprocal environment.Enthusiastic personality with high-energy attitude.Ability to boost morale during the sales workday and improve profitability.Organization and follow-up skills.Experience and desire to work with technology.High School diploma or equivalent.Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.Pay ScaleThe Salesperson Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges.
Wages include Base Compensation of $75k per year.
The position may also pay commission compensation based on the value or the number of closed sales achieved from $0.00 to $10,000 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 to $2,000 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.A fully trained and motivated salesperson (working full time) has unlimited earning potential and typically earns between
