Job DescriptionIn today’s digitally-driven world where much of consumer interaction happens online, the Social Media team plays a crucial role in how the brand is presented online and how it engages with its audiences. One of the main objectives of this team is to promote brand awareness and drive brand desirability.

Your Impact to the role:

Maintain

fresh’s

leadership in the social media space

Artfully weave together creativity with analytical thinking in order to support social media strategy that achieves brand, marketing and sales objectives.

Collaborate with international market teams on local social media calendars, activations and influencer partnerships; inclusive of developing guidelines and reporting.

Safeguard and grow social media channels by building awareness while breaking through with trends and exciting new content

Create thoughtful, innovative, informative and entertaining content for brand, product and lifestyle campaigns, in partnership with our creative, digital and storytelling teams.

Lead all aspects of community management: interact directly with global audience and diligently respond to inquiries, while continuing to partner with global customer service teams to deliver a consumer-centric experience.

Define integral social media KPIs and manage dynamic reporting in order to measure the impact of each campaign, week, month and quarter.

Cultivate a robust rolodex of engaged influencers, both micro and macro who identify with brand values and can clearly express industry differentiation.

Manage external influencer content program for branded content development on both owned and earned channels; own workflow, briefing and asset delivery

Develop Global Influencer Strategy and Guidelines to share with all the markets

The Senior Manager, Global Social Media & Influencer Communications will: play a pivotal role taking

to the next level as the brand expands its territory and authority, consistently across all platforms and markets, as well as help roll out a new brand platform.

QualificationsWHO YOU ARE

You have:

6+ Years of Experience Required working in social media, influencer marketing, communications, media, or related digital media field; beauty experience preferred

Deep understanding of all social platforms from functionality to advertising products

Excellent project management skills, including the ability to align internal and external partners in a swift, timely manner

Strong copywriting skills with ability to quickly adopt, shift & evolve editorial tone of voice; editorial or copywriting experience mandatory.

Strong analytical skills to evaluate effectiveness of content and programs

Strong creative judgement to recognize engaging, and on-brand content (visuals/copy)

Media & advertising skills (a plus)

Required/Preferred Languages: English, working knowledge of Mandarin or French a plus

You are:

Early adopter of social trends with a passion for innovation

Creative problem-solver who is solution oriented and can hone their creative eye

Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment

Well-versed in digital media and social media metrics and monitoring tools (Dash Hudson, Tribe, etc)

You possess:

Proficient technical skills in Excel, PowerPoint and SparkAR. Photography, Photoshop & video editing skills a plus

Ability to collaborate effectively with internal/external partners

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Proven Project Management Skills

Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills

Proactively make recommendations on process improvement and new ways of working

Ambition to learn more, with a curious mindset

Strong passion for the beauty industry

Out-of-the-box thinking with a Sky’s the Limit mentality
