The Data Center Position Optimization (DCPO) team is seeking a highly-skilled & driven Technical Infrastructure Program Manager (TIPM) who will help drive the team toward our mission of building durable and reliable data-informed processes within AWS Infrastructure. The ideal candidate has experience managing global data center infrastructure projects/programs; developing, monitoring, and reporting project/program health metrics; leading cross-functional teams; developing and implementing change management plans; training and mentoring performance; and driving data center position readiness improvement. As a TIPM within this team focused on global data center position readiness, you will be responsible for organizing and managing continuous improvement and process initiatives and play a significant role in developing, driving and managing scalable, data-driven processes.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of technical infrastructure management experienceKnowledge of best practices and emerging technologies, related to infrastructure (i.e. network, data center, hardware, software)Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure buildsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
