As an Implementation Engineer at TRACTIAN, you will be responsible for deploying and maintaining cutting-edge Condition-based Monitoring (CbM) solutions, Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for our industrial clients. You’ll ensure that our systems integrate seamlessly into manufacturing and industrial environments, providing clients with reliable tools to optimize machine performance and predictive maintenance. Your expertise will drive our mission to enhance machine reliability and operational efficiency.Responsibilities

Solution Deployment: Lead the installation and configuration of TRACTIAN’s CbM, CMMS, and PLC-integrated systems, ensuring seamless integration with client machinery and workflows.Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide expert-level support during and post-implementation, troubleshooting issues with real-time monitoring, data collection, and automation controls to maximize system uptime.Data Integration & Analysis: Configure data collection systems to capture metrics like MTBF, MTTR, MTTA, and machine reliability, enabling data-driven insights for predictive maintenance.Customizing Configurations: Tailor solutions to specific client needs by adjusting PLC programming and CMMS parameters to optimize machine performance and align with operational goals.User Training & Documentation: Train on-site teams to operate and maintain newly installed systems, ensuring smooth handover, and create comprehensive documentation for client reference.Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system implementations and provide feedback on product development to meet industrial client needs effectively.Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.Proven experience in deploying and supporting CbM, CMMS, or PLC systems in industrial environments.Strong troubleshooting skills with expertise in real-time monitoring and automation controls.Proficiency in data integration and analysis, with knowledge of metrics like MTBF, MTTR, and MTTA.Ability to customize system configurations, including PLC programming and CMMS adjustments, to meet specific operational requirements.Excellent communication skills for client training and documentation purposes.Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.Compensation
