About the TeamThe ad sales team is responsible for the advertising vision, development, and growth of our largest advertising partnerships. This team was formed in 2021 and is seeking additional team members to build an industry-leading ads and promotions business across DoorDash’s core categories. The growing DoorDash ads business will quickly become the single best place for merchants and brands to market to local customers, in an ecosystem that benefits all parties.
About the RoleAs an Enterprise Associate - Ad Sales, you will manage, execute, and improve processes that accelerate growth of our ads and promotions offering and drive efficiency of our sales team. In this role, you will execute campaign contracts, setup, and billing while also analyzing reporting to drive campaign performance. You will work hand in hand with the Account Executive and clients to ensure seamless launch of all marketing campaigns. You will also work cross-functionally with account management, legal, revenue and accounting, and partner management teams to improve our tools and processes.

Partner with multiple stakeholders to learn, streamline, and improve our processes and tools.
Grow advertiser value and sustainable revenue for DoorDash by optimizing campaign delivery and performance.
Drive efficiency and productivity by executing campaign contracts, managing campaign setup, and ensuring timely invoicing and payment.
We’re excited about you because…
You have 3-5 years of experience in cross-functional operations, Performance Marketing, Digital Advertising, or Advertising Account Management, or Advertising Sales.
You are Curious -- You love digging into low levels of detail to extract insights.
You are Impact Motivated -- You have self-motivated to improve the overall business.
You are Resourceful– You are comfortable with ambiguity and have the ability and aptitude for learning new concepts, programs, and technical tools on the job.
You are Analytical – You are an expert in using ads data and insights to inform recommendations, rooted in advertiser objectives, KPIs, and business priorities. You are motivated by data-driven problem solving and have excellent Excel/data analysis skills.
You Excel at Communication – You have strong written/verbal communication and presentation skills, and experience operating across both client teams and cross-functional internal teams.
You are an Operator– You are extremely organized, have exceptional attention to detail, and can balance multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously. You consistently meet deadlines and thoroughly follow processes.
You have experience with Analytics and Presentation tools, Salesforce, Tableau, GSuite, and Slack.
You have a 4-year college degree.
