Schedule: + Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm onsite What You Can Expect: + Provide support to internal and external requestors by providing them with records, support phone calls and emails, and other duties include special projects, status checks, and gathering records that are stored off-site. + Ensure accuracy of patient health records by monitoring and correcting data inconsistencies. + Respond to staff questions on patient records, providing guidance on policies and regulatory standards. + Maintain knowledge of health information management and electronic health records per industry standards. + Develop and test improvements for data collection processes; create and analyze reports. + Act as a mentor by training staff and addressing complex issues related to data integrity.
