Talent Acquisition Technology
team within
People Technology . This role will involve close collaboration with
Product Managers ,
Program Partners ,
Engineers , and
Talent Acquisition teams

Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Technology .At
People & Place (P&P) , we focus on optimizing all aspects of people-related functions, ensuring that our employees across the globe are empowered to do their best work. The
People Tech team
drives key initiatives within P&P, simplifying processes, systems, and tools to deliver scalable solutions and enhance the employee experience.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with
People Infrastructure
and
Business Technology
teams to manage system requirements, sprint planning, and ongoing updates.Drive the continuous improvement of
Talent Acquisition processes
throughout the recruitment lifecycle.Serve as the primary point of contact for service-related inquiries, managing and escalating issues to engineering teams as needed.Partner with business stakeholders to understand and define system requirements.Coordinate with
Technical Program Managers (TPMs)
and
Engineering teams
to execute on sprint planning and feature delivery.Monitor the health and performance of recruitment systems and tools, ensuring smooth operation.Support the
design ,
deployment , and
testing
of new system functionalities, upgrades, and patches.Manage
vendor relationships , including onboarding, ongoing performance management, and engagement in the
RFP process
when applicable.Work closely with
Product Managers
on the
Talent Acquisition Technology
team to ensure timely delivery of key objectives.Basic Qualifications:4-7 years
of relevant experience, with at least
3 years
supporting or administering
Talent Acquisition (TA) tools
such as
Oracle ,
iCIMS ,
SHL , or
Beamery .Proficiency with
Jira
or similar project management/ticketing systems.Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with both
technical
and
non-technical stakeholders .Solid experience with
product lifecycle management .Familiarity with
HR processes
and best practices in recruitment technology.Proven ability to work effectively with
Talent Acquisition
teams to drive process improvements and tool adoption.
