A Restaurant General Manager is responsible for providing strong leadership to the team and ensuring excellent guest experiences, operational excellence, and profitable sales of a single restaurant. This role involves overseeing the overall operation of the restaurant, maintaining Dunkin' standards, and compliance with all applicable laws.Responsibilities Include:Performing restaurant team members' responsibilitiesLeading team meetings and delivering training to team membersEnsuring execution of Brand standards, recipes, and systemsMaintaining a guest-focused culture in the restaurant and driving improvement based on guest feedbackCommunicating restaurant priorities, goals, and results to team membersManaging costs, inventory, labor schedule, and vendor ordersEngaging with Dunkin' Brands Field Operations team as appropriateManagement Responsibilities Include:Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and developing restaurant team membersCoaching team members to improve sales, profitability, and guest satisfactionKey Requirements:Previous managerial experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitalityFluency in spoken and written English and basic computer skillsAbility to train and develop a team, and strong leadership skillsPhysical Demands/Working Conditions:Standing on feet, repetitive motion, lifting packages (if applicable)Wearing a headset (if applicable) and working in a small space
