Senior Infrastructure Engineer (31968)

The Myticas team is searching for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer that will lead fixed fee and time/material projects, focusing on the installation, design, and support of Microsoft Azure and O365 environments. Key responsibilities include assessments, consulting, new deployments, upgrades, and troubleshooting.The ideal candidate will possess strong self-learning abilities and leadership skills in implementing new technologies. This role is Hybrid-Remote. Candidates must be local to the Greater Chicagoland area.Must have lawful employment in the USA on a permanent basis without sponsorship or representation.Technical Requirements:8+ years in systems infrastructure design, support, and administration.5+ years with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.Proficiency in Azure AD, storage, compute (e.g., Virtual Machines, Backup, Automation), identity management (SSO, MFA, RBAC), Azure networking (ExpressRoute, VNet), and Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune and Autopilot).Experience with Microsoft Defender, Exchange Online, and Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance.Knowledge of Mimecast, EOP, and Defender for 365.Certification Requirements:Microsoft 365 or Microsoft Azure CertificationsNon-Technical Requirements:Proven ability to manage projects from inception to completion.Provide subject matter expertise to sales and engineering teams.Facilitate knowledge sharing within the engineering team through organized sessions.
