Title: Operations Transformation Project Lead
Location: Atlanta, GA
Role Summary: As the Operations Transformation Project Lead, you will spearhead the planning and execution of complex, cross-functional, strategic transformation projects for NCR Voyix Operations. These projects include, but are not limited to:
Defining and delivering the AI roadmap for the service desk and the field.
Automating and optimizing dynamic field dispatching and routing.
Reducing dispatch requirements using machine learning and advanced analytics.
Team Structure:
Manager: Executive Director, Operations Transformation
Peers: 1-2 other project leads with similar responsibilities
Direct Reports: 1-2 analysts and/or junior project managers to support project initiatives
Required Skills:
Ownership and Flexibility: Display accountability for delivering project outcomes and finding innovative solutions to challenges.
Stakeholder Management: Effectively engage and align cross-functional stakeholders with competing priorities to achieve common goals.
Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership, guiding junior project managers and analysts, while offering mentorship and developmental feedback.
Problem Solving: Analyze ambiguous situations, structure problems clearly, and develop actionable steps to move forward.
Clear Communication: Craft concise, executive-level communications and presentations to convey project status and insights.
Project Management: Develop structured work plans, including key milestones, deadlines, dependencies, and stakeholders, and lead organized meetings with clear agendas and action points.
Analytical Instincts: Design analytical models, assess data requirements, coach team analysts, and ensure the accuracy and relevance of business conclusions.
Background and Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, an analytical mindset, and proven problem-solving abilities, alongside a successful track record in delivering high-stakes projects. Experience or background in the following areas is advantageous:
Service Operations
Management or Strategic Consulting
Operations or IT Consulting
Enterprise IT
Optional Skills/Training:
Project management certification
Proficiency with online project management tools
Advanced analytical modeling skills (e.g., Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, Python)
