LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY/NO RECRUITERSOverviewIn this role you will lead the administration and maintenance of our Syteline ERP software.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Administer and configure the Infor Syteline ERP system to meet business requirements, including module configuration, user setup, and security.Develop and maintain SSRS reports to support business operations, ensuring accurate and timely information is available.Manage and support integrated applications, ensuring seamless operation and data integrity.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and develop custom reports and dashboards.Design, implement, and maintain data warehouses, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for reporting and analysis.Develop and maintain custom integrations with external systems and applications to enhance ERP functionality and efficiency.Provide training and support to end-users, assisting with troubleshooting and resolving ERP-related issues.Stay informed of the latest Infor Syteline features and technologies, recommending and implementing improvements to optimize system performance.Open, manage and resolve application issues with external application vendors.Provide project management for ERP related implementations from start to finish.Prepares and maintains system documentation.REQUIREMENTS:Three years+ experience managing ERP systems, with a strong preference for Infor Syteline ERP.Knowledge of database management, programming and systems analysis.Strong background in manufacturing systems and reporting tools.Understanding of business processes and the ability to manage relationships with colleagues.The ability to identify issues, diagnose problems, and implement solutions.
