We have opened a new search for a General Manager to lead a local KC residential HVAC/Mechanical Services business.
Responsibilities:
Leadership Management: Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and excellence in service delivery.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
Team Development: Mentor and develop a high-performing team of technicians and support staff.
Customer Relations: Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure fiscal health.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven track record in a senior management role within the HVAC or mechanical services industry (preferably in Residential space)
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. MBA preferred.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in financial management and strategic planning.
