Translate client needs into impactful solutions.Produce and manage actionable project plans and drive progress towards deliverables.Manage project budget, contract, and timelines to ensure successful project completion.Build strong relationships with clients at senior levels, including multinational FTSE 500 organizations.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project progress and quality standards are met.Lead project teams, providing feedback, guidance, and support to ensure project milestones and goals are met.Prepare and deliver status updates and presentations to clients and internal teams.Identify, track, and communicate project risks and issues to drive resolution.Compile and analyze data to evaluate project performance.Minimum Requirements:

Experience in learning & development program design (preferably for Leadership Development) or consulting in a people-related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in project management preferred.Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.Resilient and adaptable, comfortable working in a changing environment.Ability to lead, motivate, and influence project team members to drive success.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience with project management software and tools required.Must be able to travel regularly.
