Responsibilities:Provide first-line technical support to usersPerform remote troubleshooting and device provisioning including desktops, laptops, and iPadsSet up office IT equipment and administer telco's data SIM cardAssist with user onboarding and resolving SaaS product issuesRecord and report on IT related activitiesRequirements:5+ years of system support experienceProven experience in a help desk or customer support roleExperience with Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 10Proficient in English with excellent communication skillsCustomer-oriented and able to diagnose and resolve technical issues
