Summary You will serve as a PROCUREMENT SYSTEMS COORDINATOR in the Marine Corps Installations National Capital Region Regional Contracting Office (MCINCR-RCO), Marine Corps Installations National Capital Region of MARINE CORPS BASE QUANTICO. Responsibilities You will administer and maintain all E-Business programs (i.e., Procurement Desktop Defense (PD2), Electronic Document Access (EDA), Federal Procurement Data System Next Generation (FPDS-NG)). You will gather specifics of problems or failures by consulting users and monitoring interfaces and transactions logs. You will manage and administrate the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) platform, and the Contractor Performance Reporting System (CPARS). You will serve as the organization's Assistant Security Specialist assisting the primary Security Specialist with responsibilities to the organization. You will ensure all procurement reports are reviewed for accuracy prior to submission, with corrective action implemented to maintain the integrity of the reports as required. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: administering and maintaining E-Business programs (e.g. Procurement Electronic Document Access (EDA), Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), Contractor Performance Reporting System (CPARS), including coordinating system updates and improvements). GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following providing administrative support for maintaining E-Business programs (e.g., via a procurement desktop). Education In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: GS-09 Master's or equivalent graduate degree OR 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree OR LL.B. or J.D., if related OR Combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
