Responsibilities - Service BDC Representative:

Answer incoming calls and work with vehicle owners to book appointments for vehicle serviceSchedule automotive service appointmentsCall customers to confirm service appointments and/or remind them when their vehicle is due for its next serviceAssist with recalls: The service Manager will supply a list of customers in our database with open recalls and/or due maintenanceCall customers who need the recall completed on their vehicle and set an appointment that is mutually convenient for the customer and service departmentAssist with other duties as needed/ assignedRequirements - Service BDC Representative:

This is an onsite positionAutomotive dealership experience is a plus!Great phone voice and experience handling high call volumeMust have the ability to multi-taskMust be skilled with Computer Data Entry and Microsoft Word & Excel, as well as a Multi-Line Phone systemsMust be reliableProfessional appearance and a positive attitudeValid driver's license and clean driving recordPlease upload your resume.
