This position will see you working across both frontend and backend development, driving new features and initiatives, maintaining existing systems, and proactively addressing technical debt. Your expertise will be crucial in uplifting our existing web applications, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and user-friendly.What you'll doDesign, develop, and implement new features that enhance the user experience across our web applications.Maintain and improve existing systems, addressing bugs and optimizing performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.Engage in proactive codebase management, including refactoring, addressing technical debt, and implementing enhancements.Ensure the architecture of our applications supports scalability, security, and maintainability.Technologies You’ll Work With:

QualificationsA minimum of 7 years of commercial full-stack engineering experience.Deep expertise in Node.js and React, with a strong understanding of component-based architecture.Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.Experience throughout the full development lifecycle of web applications, from design to deployment.Familiarity with cloud services such as GCP Cloud Functions or AWS Amplify, and database technologies including Firebase, Supabase, and PostgreSQL.A user-focused approach to engineering, with a commitment to delivering high-quality code.A collaborative team player who supports and guides peers, while being proactive and a critical thinker.Good to HaveExperience with Microservices ArchitectureFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).Understanding of user interface design principles to create intuitive and visually appealing applications.
