MANTIS Scrum Master (m/f/d) ,

permanent . This is a

hybrid role

with many opportunities to grow and develop. This role serves as the Scrum Master for one product squad within the Data Analytical platform. The primary responsibility of this role is to support the Product Owner in delivering value by identifying and removing obstacles for the product team and designing and/or improving processes.Roles and Responsibilities:Take responsibility for all agile practices within the team and facilitate agile ceremonies.Coach team members in self-management and accountability.Ensure continuous improvement within the team and strengthen the team towards optimized delivery, knowledge management, and information sharing.Collaborate with other product teams and their Scrum Masters on platform-level coordination and processes.Assist the Scrum team and Product Owner in creating a clear and concise product backlog.Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure tasks are organized and understandable for the team.Take responsibility for managing and monitoring external dependencies impacting the team’s work.Create channels for continuous communication and feedback from/to stakeholders and management.Foster team well-being and a sense of safety (make it enjoyable!).Skills and Experience:At least 3 years of experience working within Scrum, Kanban, or another agile framework, with a solid understanding of core principles.3 years prior experience as a Scrum Master (or a similar coaching role) focused on continuous improvement for cross-functional teams.Ability to think critically and adapt agile practices to the team’s needs and the specific nature of the analytics domain.Relevant team management experience is strongly desirable.Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence, with the ability to propose modifications and improvements in both tools.Excellent communication skills, including the ability to ask the right questions and reach the core of a topic or task.Strong time management skills, including knowing when to start and finish a topic in a meeting.Experience in standard project management is a plus.Experience in system validation is a plus.Experience with analytics, data lakes, data warehouses, AWS cloud services, and similar technologies is a plus.We are proud to be a company that embraces the value of bringing diverse, talented, and committed people together.
