Your Role As the Team Lead QA Systems Innovation, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our QuRE true north vision to life. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our existing quality systems while defining and delivering new digital solutions that will underpin this vision with advanced digital technology.
Key Responsibilities Digital Strategy Development:Create and implement a comprehensive Digital Systems Strategy and Automation Strategy for QuRE. Project Management:Establish and maintain project/program management standards, processes, and methodologies to drive consistency, efficiency, and quality across the QuRE Systems and Innovation team. Quality Systems Oversight:Oversee QuRE Quality Systems (VQMS, VQD) and digital solutions supporting Quality and Risk Management across R&D. Governance and Alignment:Develop and maintain project governance frameworks ensuring alignment with business objectives, driving decision-making, and facilitating risk resolution. Roadmap Development:Create and manage delivery roadmaps/plans with agreed deliverables, ensuring alignment across systems, data, processes, and people. Work Prioritization:Develop and manage processes for intake and prioritization of new work, ensuring value realization. Operational Oversight:Provide oversight of operational systems, actively participating in governance, representing the voice of the customer, and managing change. Enterprise Engagement:Collaborate with partners in R&D, Veeva COE, GSK Quality, Digital, and Tech to deliver our digital and technology capability agenda. Strategic Proposals:Deliver strategic digital solution proposals, including project design, cost, value, and risk, and represent QuRE in securing capital for such initiatives. Leadership:Lead a team of systems, digital, and automation experts, both directly and across the matrix. Why You? To excel in this role, you should possess: Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree 5+ years of experience delivering large-scale, complex IT and Business Transformation programs, using various methodologies Experience with Veeva solutions Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree Proven experience in architecting change, writing investment cases, and business proposals Extensive experience in leading and delivering Quality and Risk Management Digital Solutions Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business problems into analytical use-cases Excellent communication and leadership skills to interact effectively with business stakeholders and tech partners
