VP of Human Resources
A growing healthcare company based just north of Boston is seeking an energetic and experienced Human Resources leader to join as a Vice President of Human Resources. This position will lead the strategic direction and operations for all aspects of the HR team at the company. This is a hybrid work opportunity and the company is willing to pay up to $200k on a base plus bonus.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Serve as a key business partner to senior leadership to drive and implement specific initiatives focused on employee acquisition, engagement, and performance that aligns with the company’s strategic objectives.Management of the Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Relations, and Employee Experience (including Learning & Development and Total Rewards) functions.Enhance and manage the company’s HR analytical results, using data and insights to monitor, analyze, and identify strategic needs, gaps, and risks around retention, engagement and talent.Create best in class processes and procedures as it pertains to talent acquisition, talent development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, and total rewards.
Qualifications:
Ten (10) plus years of directly-related human resources leadership experience with successful demonstration of the key responsibilities as presented above.BS/BA in human resources, Business Administration, or another related field required.HRCI and/or SHRM Certification required.MBA preferred.Strong background in talent acquisition and management. Experience creating recruitment and retention strategies within a multi-site, multi-state organization.Experience leading an HR department at an organization that experienced substantial growth.
