team page , if you’d like to see what other employees are saying.Duties & Responsibilities:Implement core configuration user stories with some guidance.User stories could cover service catalog, catalog items/record producers, knowledge bases/knowledge articles, notifications, assignment rules using advanced work assignment, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) configurations and workflows.Implement reports and dashboards.Execute unit testing to ensure that implemented user stories meet acceptance criteria.Conduct peer reviews of other developer’s user stories.Provide technical documentation as required.Ensure all ServiceNow certifications are kept current with new releases.Required Qualifications:1+ year of experience with implementing major ServiceNow modules/applications.Solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including administration and configuration.Familiarity with JavaScript.Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, actively participating in the software development life cycle (SDLC).Customer-focused with excellent time management, communication, and follow-up skills.Possession of ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), and or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) strongly preferred.Complete 1 Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification within 6 months of hire.Exceptional benefits for exceptional performers:Ongoing personal and professional development.Unlimited paid time away from work to go on adventures, relax, or recover, plus 12 paid holidays.Company holiday closure December 25th – January 1st.Premium healthcare plans, Medical, Dental, Vision including HSA and FSA options.Qualified 401k Program.Virtual happy hours and other team building events.Wellness Clubs that cater to different interests.Intact Technology is an Affirmative Action Employer and is committed to providing equal employment opportunities without regard to an individual’s race, color, religion, age, gender identification, sexual orientation, veteran status, national origin, or disability.
