Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in various settings, including home community care, hospitals, clinics, and outpatient facilities. The Physical Therapist will work closely with patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics, to help them achieve their full potential. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating personalized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and educating patients on self-care techniques.

DutiesConduct thorough assessments to diagnose and treat patients with physical disabilities, injuries, or illnessesDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with the patient's goals and needsUtilize a variety of physical therapy techniques, including manual therapy, exercise therapy, and modalitiesProvide education and training to patients, caregivers, and family members on proper exercise techniques and home-based rehabilitationCollaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologistsDocument patient progress and maintain accurate medical recordsStay current with the latest research and best practices in physical therapyParticipate in patient care conferences and contribute to the development of multidisciplinary treatment plansPromote patient independence and empower them to take an active role in their rehabilitation
RequirementsMaster's or Doctoral degree in Physical TherapyCurrent licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the stateStrong knowledge of medical terminology and hospital medicineAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks as neededExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience working in home community care, hospital, or outpatient settingsFamiliarity with geriatric and pediatric populationsAbility to lift and transfer patients, as neededCommitment to patient care and a passion for helping others achieve optimal health and wellness.
