Position Overview:We're seeking a dynamic Account Director to drive sales growth by prospecting, selling, and managing key accounts. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and a strong technical acumen in data telecommunications.
Responsibilities:Prospect, sell, and close access transport and dark fiber solutions to Enterprise customers.Manage existing account base while aggressively pursuing new business opportunities.Develop and execute sales strategies, accurately forecast sales pipeline, and maintain CRM records.Cultivate strong client relationships through effective communication and professional presentations.Stay abreast of industry trends and client needs to provide tailored solutions.Adhere to internal controls and ethical business practices at all times.Requirements:Education:High School Diploma required, college degree preferred.Experience:Minimum 5 years' experience selling complex data telecommunications services.Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on penetrating, closing, and managing accounts.Skills/Abilities:Strong knowledge of DWDM network architecture, Ethernet services, dark fiber, and wavelengths.Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.Ability to manage complex enterprise network accounts and understand network infrastructure.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
