Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science and at least five years' work related experience or a Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science and three years' work related experience or a Ph.D. in a relevant technical discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Must have strong problem solving and analytical skillsMust have a good working knowledge of object oriented design (OOD) principles and general software design conceptsMust have a good understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, algorithms, and operating system conceptsMust have good written and verbal communication skillsMust have some familiarity of parallelism, concurrency, or threading in a distributed environmentMust have some familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and practicesMust be comfortable developing software in a Linux-based environment[#LI-LH1]Description
Perform as a mid-level Software Engineer using modern C++ for development of Radio Frequency (RF) emitter products and solutionsAssist in the designing, developing, testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of software programs and software-intensive systemsAssist in supporting and/or installing software applicationsParticipate in the prototype testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing, certification of software, and provide inputs for documentation
