***This is NOT a job at ForceBrands*****Must have 10 YOE in NPD**Key Responsibilities :Lead the formulation, renovation, and commercialization of new productsOversee R&D project lifecycle: from ingredient sourcing, costing, and labeling to post-launch monitoringCollaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, and procurement teams to ensure alignment on product launchesConduct independent experiments, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standardsManage industrial trials, ensuring project milestones are metSupport margin improvement initiatives and ingredient vendor relationshipsPartner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution, from concept to launch.Requirements :Experience : Minimum of 10 years in CPG, with a strong background in product commercialization and operationsEducation : Master's degree in food science, chemistry, or a related field (PhD highly preferred).
