The CI Leader for the Richmond manufacturing facility is responsible for strategically developing a continuous improvement culture via the development of the following capabilities:Problem-SolvingVisual MgmtKaizenTPM5SWaste Reduction ProcessesTraining for Frontline Team Members and Leaders of new processesTechnology Implementation for the facility vs. Current StateWhile partnering with site leadership teams in Manufacturing, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Engineering in delivering on KPIs including COGS and EBITDA. As a Sauer Brands team member, the candidate will execute special projects and initiatives as assigned, ensure safety is a condition, and drive operational improvements. Furthermore, the candidate must embrace and support the building of OurRecipe@SauerBrands.Key Duties and Responsibilities

Engineering degree – Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing5+ Years of experience in a manufacturing plant (management level a plus)Working in a union facility is a plusExperience with ERP System(s), Oracle (Peoplesoft) preferredPerformance History Requirement:
