About the role:
We are looking for a tactical and enthusiastic Logistics Manager to join goodwipes. Your primary responsibility will be to manage our 3PL partners to ensure on-time and in-full deliveries from our warehouses to our retail customers. You will own the day-to-day communication between us and our 3PL partners, as well as retailer customer operation teams. You will create reporting around OTIF scores for our retail partners, maintain in- depth order tracking, ensure inbound & outbound receipts, as well as stay on top of any inventory shifts that might be necessary. You will assist our Director, Supply Chain to overcommunicate inbound freight timings and outbound freight needs, as well as other tactical tasks that they might need help with. This role will report to the Director, Supply Chain, and should be based in Atlanta, GA.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage and nurture the day-to-day operational relationship between goodwipes and its retail customersManage all day-to-day 3PL operations to include freight-in receipts and freight outMaintain order trackers and OTIF scorecards to ensure high retailer satisfactionBuild and maintain 3PL inventory reports to manage on-hand and in-transitinventoryAssist in the setup and maintenance of EDI transactions with all major customersAssist Director, Supply Chain and VP, eCommerce with Amazon platform logisticsAssist Director, Supply Chain with freight-in operations and truck tracking acrossthe freight-in and freight-out networkCreate and manage internal reports for key 3PL costs such as storage costs,picking costs, and freight out costsAssist with retailer setups, item creation, and manufacturing setups betweensupply chain and commercial departmentKey Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (emphasis in business or supply chain management preferred)1-3+ years experience in supply chain logistics (at a CPG emerging brandpreferred)A highly organized and analytical individual who thrives on brining order andrigor to processesBasic understanding of the consumer packaged goods logistics environmentExperience with domestic 3PL management and basic experience in freightforwardingExperience with key grocery and mass retail customers and their operationalprocessesModerate Excel skills and high attention to detailExperience in developing reports to be easily updated for weekly and monthlyreportingFamiliar with S&OP processes and basic inventory managementHigh EQ and ability to effectively communicate with various partnersComfortable in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, juggling multiple projectsBenefits:
