About the Role
THE POSITION
We are searching for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our Research Team, where you'll support five executives within our Investment Platform. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational and multi-tasking abilities, razor-sharp attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding service. As a team player with strong work ethic, you'll represent our senior leadership engaging with internal and external stakeholders. RESPONSIBILITIES
The Executive Assistant will manage the overall daily support needs of the team, including:Mastering complex and proactive calendar management across multiple time zones for our global team.Coordinating logistics for both internal and external meetings and events.Being a reliable point of contact for external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.Handling confidential information with discretion, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.Showcasing advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote & PowerPoint) with an ability and desire to learn new technology to drive efficiencies.Eagerly learning, using, and helping develop internal systems that streamline our operations.Scheduling domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring seamless journeys.Handling digital filing systems, expense tracking, and reporting with precision.Providing cross-coverage and back-up support to other Assistants.Assisting with ad hoc project work as needed, supporting both the immediate team and broader firm leadership.QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 3 years' experience within an administrative role in a professional services organizationOutstanding interpersonal and communication skills, plus high level of reliability, professionalism, and discretionStrong service orientation and proactive problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization abilitiesFastidious detail orientation and overall work qualityAbility to work under deadlines and to accommodate last-minutes changesPositive, can-do attitude; flexibility; sense of humor

Our approach to compensation considers all aspects of total compensation; all employees are eligible to receive salary, variable compensation, and benefits. The base salary range for this position is:USD 55,000 - 100,000
This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; role; skills and experience; certifications; and education. This range is an estimate, and further details on salary and total compensation aspects will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process.
Base salary is only one component of Wellington's total compensation approach. Other rewards may include a discretionary Corporate Bonus and/ or Incentives, if eligible.
