Embedded Software Engineer

Embedded Software Engineer BV Staffing has been retained by a leading manufacturer of sophisticated electronics, delivering the communication industry's largest worldwide deployment of digital collaboration platforms. We are currently seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to work on the development of Linux drivers and operating systems for the Mission Voice Platform. Responsibilities: Development of Linux drivers required for Mission Voice Configuration of the Linux operating system for the Mission Voice applications Involvement in the design and implementation of DSP software Requirements: BS or MS Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering 3 -5 years experience in the embedded Linux development space, specifically kernel configuration/device driver implementation Strong C/C++ programming skills Understanding of the real-time systems Experience with programming Texas Instruments DSP applications a plus We offer competitive wages and an excellent benefits package.
