Job Summary

As the IT Product Owner for Workday, you will play a vital role in being the conduit between IT, HR, Finance and the Business to both strategically leverage and drive optimal performance in the Workday system.

Job Responsibilities

Workday Product Ownership

Act as the primary Workday product owner, managing system functionality, integrations with various other systems, troubleshooting, and enhancementsPrioritize and oversee Workday upgrades, enhancements, and system updates in alignment with business needs and HR objectivesCollaborate with HR and business stakeholders to ensure the Workday system aligns with and supports HR and overall business goals

HR Business Analytics

Analyze, document, and translate HR business requirements into effective system configurations in partnership with the HRIS team within WorkdayConduct thorough root cause analysis on HR process and system issues, providing actionable solutions to stakeholders

Project Management and Continuous Improvement

Lead Workday-related projects from concept through implementation, including change management, training, and supportDevelop and execute test plans for system changes to ensure alignment with business needs and identify potential issuesIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement within system workflows

Reporting and Data Analytics

Design and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields, providing insightful HR metrics and analyticsEnsure data accuracy and consistency within Workday, implementing data governance best practicesSupport HR leadership with actionable insights derived from Workday data to drive strategic decision-making

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related area of study3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Product Owner or HRIS role with significant exposure to Workday.Advanced skills in Workday reporting and analytics; experience managing enhancements across multiple functionsProficiency in project management with experience leading complex system integrations and implementationsExcellent communication skills and ability to clearly translate technical information for non-technical stakeholdersAbility to work independently, prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage time effectivelyDetail oriented and committed to data integrity and accuracyWhat CRH Offers You
