Join our dynamic team and make your mark on the payments technology landscape of tomorrow.Summary of This RoleLeads cross-functional teams to provide agile-based project deliverables and facilitates the team's work to accelerate delivery of business value by ensuring adherence to Scrum methodologies and processes. Facilitates internal and external communication, removes impediments, and serves as the intermediary between multiple product owners, managers, and team members. Using strong communication, facilitates the project team through the Scrum process of Release Planning, Sprint Planning for multiple product owners, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives in a fast paced environment with competing priorities. Sets the example for Agile methods based upon the designated principles and ensures they are understood and exercised consistently within the team.What Part Will You Play?Guides team(s) through Daily Scrum meetings. Creates and presents executive level presentations to senior leaders, provides guidance and advice to unique and unchartered sources of impediments. Uses expert creative negotiation skills to resolve issues presented within and external to the team. Conducts conflict management with all levels of stakeholders. Serves as an escalation resource for other Scrum teams; able to identify problems, impediments, dependencies and other team dysfunctions and quickly facilitate resolution. Creates a team environment by establishing trust and transparency through collaboration and communication while preserving the Agile culture and restoring confidence.

Directs a collaborative team that promotes creativity and innovation. Influences and engages team to ensure stories and deliverables are of impeccable quality and completed in a timely manner. Leads team building and team development by utilizing and developing the skills of individuals and fostering a feedback culture. Partners with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization. Leads Scrum sessions across dependent teams. Champions accountability within and outside the team. Drives visibility of progress, roadblocks, risks and process adherence through dashboards/tools. Engages stakeholders to use consistent dashboards to derive status and make necessary intervention.

Uses extensive business and technical knowledge to partner with developments leads during capacity planning and resource allocation in all Agile tools.

Shares knowledge and best practices with others and strives to develop team into a high performance team. Mentors team members and others on Agile software development principles and practices, coaches team to reach their highest potential. Helps to further the Agile community within the organization.

Uses complex assessment techniques in determining the root cause to unique and uncharted sources of significant impediments. Motivates and influences team with creating innovative solutions that identify the true source of impediments.

What Are We Looking For in This Role?Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree

Degree in a related field of study from an accredited university. Additional related TSYS experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Typically Minimum 8 Years Relevant Experience Required

Project management experience preferably within an established IT project management office or serving as a project manager for an Information Technology department. Minimum of 6 years Agile experience.

Certified Scrum Master and Agile Coach Certification

Preferred QualificationsTypically Minimum 10+ Years Relevant Experience

Broad and extensive knowledge of Agile approaches including XP and Kanban. Proven experience with Agile tools and techniques including User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing and Agile Games.

Master's Degree

In a related field of study from an accredited university
