This is a 6+ month Cisco network upgrade project for a health facility.Implement new sites and integrate circuitsUpgrade ports for 9100 series AP's to 5G enterprise-wideUpgrade DNAC Essentials to Advantage License on approximately 75 switchesImplement network-wide switch port speed limitationResearch and plan 4 uplinks per chassis at central siteUpgrade IOS on over 100 switches to support Cisco SDAAssist with LAN refreshes to meet a deadline of May 1st, 2025Conduct Layer 3 migrations for hardware refreshSkills required:
5-10 years as a Network Engineer, expertise in Layer 3 switching, OSPF, and Spanning Tree Protocol (STP). Experience with Cisco 9300's, 9410's, 9500's, and 9606 core switches. Ability to manage cutover processes during evening hours and supervise a team of Technicians.Position is 90% on-site with a flexible schedule consisting of prep work on weekdays and switch migrations at night.
