DUTIES
Identify the source of the problem and scope of the water damagePerform water extraction and pack-out of contentsRemove and dispose of any non-salvageable flooring that was affected by the water lossPerform light construction demo upon approvalSet up air movers and/or dehumidifiers and monitor dailyPerform hard surface cleaningComplete paperwork when a new water loss is reported
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have the ability to communicate with others in written and verbal formRestoration experience preferred but not requiredMust be able to work for long periods of time in extreme temperatures both hot and coldMust be able to work in an environment that has suffered fire, water and wind damageMust be able to respond to service calls after-hours and during inclement weatherRequires a valid driver's license and have a clean driving recordIICRC certified a plus
