You can do all this and more at UCLA Health.Provide leadership and direction for UCLA Health's Neurology practices and:* Oversee clinical operations* Ensure compliance, patient satisfaction, patient safety and quality* Monitor clinic productivity, billing practices, audit requirements, equipment maintenance, and IT services* Oversee financial performance of the ambulatory and community practice* Develop, execute and implement strategic plans for expansion

Salary range: 124,600-289,400 annual

Qualifications

Required:* Master's degree (Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Public health or related field) or combination of education and relevant experience.*Five to seven years of healthcare managerial experience required* Clinical leadership, planning and change management skills* Ability to demonstrate a high level of diplomacy in persuading and influencing a wide variety of people at various levels to achieve results* Previous demonstrated expertise in managing patient services and nursing staffing in environment with a high volume of patient visits* Strong knowledge of industry standards and/or regulatory requirements* Demonstrated ability to identify and analyze all pertinent information/data to make and communicate decisions to meet the unit's current and future needs* Effective interpersonal and political acumen skills* Ability to establish a culture of integrity within their unit and with those external to the units* Strong knowledge of industry standards, trends and/or regulatory requirements* Excellent communication skills both oral and written* Skill in analyzing information, problems, situations and procedures to define objectives, identify patterns, and formulate conclusions* Skill in setting priorities, which accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities* Ability to establish and maintain productive working relationships with faculty, residents, medical students and staff from various social, cultural and economic backgrounds* Skill in communication to clearly convey complex problems and proposals in both formal and informal situations*Knowledge of EPIC EHR (preferred)
