Responsibilities:Oversee labor relations programs, policies, and strategiesInterpret collective bargaining agreements and administer grievance proceduresCollaborate with union and project management in workplace investigationsManage IRA and IPA compliance for union projectsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or Labor RelationsEight years of labor relations experience in the Construction industryStrong negotiation and investigative skills
