We are a small team, where every team member works hard to support each other, towards the primary purpose of caring for our clients.Position Overview:We are seeking a remarkable person to join our team in an Associate Advisor role! You will be involved in coordinating various aspects of our clients' financial matters, ranging from investments, taxes, insurance, and trusts, through their financial plan. You are an extension of our advisory team, responsible for data gathering and analysis, development of financial planning recommendations, implementation, complex case research and resolution, trade preparation, reporting, and more, always ensuring a tailored and seamless client experience.In addition to the technical mastery, you are reliable, dependable, and highly loyal. You have a strong understanding of financial concepts, a clear sense of doing the right thing, and a passion for helping those around you. Your resourcefulness and attention to detail are always accompanied by impeccable follow-through. Your primary skillset lies in project management, allowing you to efficiently navigate and oversee tasks from initiation to completion. You can work autonomously without the need for micro-management and hold yourself accountable for completing your responsibilities.Responsibilities:Assist the advisors in the preparation of upcoming client meetings; attend meetings for the purpose of notetaking and follow upEngage and support clients through the data collection processAnalyze and research information for plan developmentOrganize, review and prepare the data for analysisProduce detailed client road maps, presentations and analyses for meetings with clients and prospects using a combination of systemsResearch complex situations, set client expectations, and define the actions necessary to resolve inquiries in a timely mannerUpdate client accounts and review alerts, suitability updates, etc. dailyOversee annual tax reporting and completion of relevant tax documentation with CPAsInvestment product research and analysis; evaluate potential investments solutions, presenting findings to advisory teamAssist with reporting and updating investment modelsMonitor portfolios to confirm that all portfolios are in compliance with strategy guidelinesProactively monitor custodian and internal alerts on a daily basis for changeContinuously monitor client data across various platforms for accuracy and continuityMonitoring and updating internal operating procedures as requiredQualifications:Bachelor's degree required, preferably in finance, financial planning, or a related field3+ years of progressive experience in the wealth management industry, supporting one or more financial advisors requiredIndustry licenses and/or CFP designation, or desire to obtainKnowledge of broker-dealer/RIA platforms and trading systems, experience with LPL systems is strongly preferredFamiliarity and Knowledge with financial planning software is required, eMoney experience is highly preferredIntermediate-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is requiredKnowledge of CRM software is required, experience with Redtail® is strongly preferredThe ability to be a self-starter, critical thinker, problem-solver, and goal-oriented team playerExcellent communication (written and verbal), relationship building, and organizational skillsDemonstrated ability to multi-task, delegate, and manage a busy workloadWork Hours & Benefits:This is a full-time, in office position with benefits, including paid time off (PTO), paid company holidays, medical, dental and vision insurance and participation in the company's 401(K) plan after 3 months of service.
