Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Control Specialist - Level I to join our team in the DC, VA, MD area. The ideal candidate will support project coordination and execution, maintain project documentation, manage resources, ensure compliance with IA standards, and provide administrative support to the project team.Responsibilities:Assist in coordinating project activities within the Information Assurance (IA) scope to ensure alignment with overall project goals and objectives.

Support the management and execution of IA projects, contributing to the development and implementation of project plans.Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and project logs.Prepare and submit regular reports on project progress, highlighting any issuesAssist in the allocation and tracking of project resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget.Support the monitoring of resource utilization to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.Ensure that all project activities comply with relevant IA standards and guidelines.Assist in conducting quality assurance checks to maintain high standards of project deliverables.Act as a point of contact for project stakeholders, facilitating communication and information sharing among project team members and external parties.Support the coordination of meetings, briefings, and reviews to keep all stakeholders informed of project status and developments.Assist in identifying, assessing, and managing project risks to minimize potential negative impacts on project outcomes.Support the development and implementation of risk mitigation plans.Provide general administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing project-related correspondence.Assist with the preparation of presentations and other project-related materials.

Qualifications

RequiredHigh School Diploma or G.E.D. /or equivalency.Project+ (preferred) or equivalent as approved by CORTwo (2) years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency.Secret ClearancePreferredFederal Consulting Industry Experience PreferredITIL 4 Foundation (preferred)#LI-HybridAbout Us
