Up to 25%DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop growth strategy and 2+-year strategic plan for our marketplace business segments. Transform the foodservice industry with best-in-class customer innovation.Lead initiatives to drive acquisition and penetration of third-party sellers.Lead a business development team, establish a seller pipeline, and enable seller monetization.Lead and manage a team of business developers to achieve team goals and objectives.Establish relationships with potential sellers/suppliers and build partnerships that support mutual growth.Create a pipeline of high margin and high-volume sellers across product categories that are differentiated for Sysco, to ensure accelerated vetting, negotiations, and onboarding to launch on the ecommerce platform.Develop a strategy to commercialize and monetize sellers via advertisements and tactics to create additional revenue streams.Development of seller acquisition roadmap:Work closely with the seller and category lead to understand the category onboarding roadmap and prioritization.Define strategy to approach prospective sellers that align to the product assortment and merchandising strategy.Develop seller communication collateral:Design seller pitch guide to develop awareness and industry leading materials to excite potential sellers.Provide oversight on the development of seller requirements and policies related to capabilities, onboarding, fulfillment, seller services and performance by understanding seller profiles and customer needs.Develop programs to ensure compliance and mitigate risks and launch enforcement strategies targeting problems related to high cancellation, late shipment, low quality seller services, and tiering of sellers to ensure good purchasing experiences for customers while balancing the seller experience and support required.Analyze and evaluate seller product assortment, geographic reach, NPS scores / customer feedback to drive prioritization of seller onboarding.Collaborate with other functional areas, including FSQA, tax, and customer service, to develop and execute successful seller and product onboarding based on functional requirements.Design account management principles and mechanisms to track, report, and monitor seller performance and health on a weekly basis.Stay up to date with ecommerce industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into seller onboarding and management strategies.QUALIFICATIONSEducation Required:
MBA (required from a top institution)Education Preferred:
